Whats New?
Want to keep your overdue accounts to a minimum?
Now you can with our new Overdue Debtors / Accounts Receivable Module which includes a step-by-step procedure, telephone scripts and client letters
New Client Management lifecycle!
To help simplify administration processes around client management, we have made some changes to the Client Management lifecycle by changing what was Client Feedback to Client Administration. Under this section you will find the:
- Client Feedback Procedure (includes letters and questionnaires)
- Overdue Debtors / Accounts Receivable Procedure
- Reception Toolkit (coming soon) this toolkit will contain all phone scripts, email templates, procedures and documents that a Receptionist in an accounting firm will ever need.
Company Solvency Resolution
The wait is over! We have now uploaded a Company Solvency Resolution to our content. It can be found under the Letters > Corporate Secretarial.
Fringe Benefits Tax
All the Fringe Benefits Tax questionnaires, declarations, workpapers and reports have now been uploaded.
BAS IAS PAYG TFN and Tax Administration Letters
So you may have been wondering where our letters addressing BAS, IAS, PAYG and TFN matters as well as Tax Administration were? They have now been uploaded to their respective pages under letters on the menu.

Check out the various Business Strategy Spark flyers that have been linked to the Business “Strategy Sparks” table.
Have you been looking for a Power of Attorney form?
Well look no further! We have found them for you. Simply go to Client Services > Personal Services > Estate Planning > Power of Attorneys. We have added web links to your States respective supplier of Power of Attorney information and forms.
So, what has been updated?
- BAS Workpapers - The Fuel Rates have been updated to reflect the current rates as at 31 July 2010
- Financial Statements - Business Tax Return Workpapers - the PAYG Instalment dates have been amended to reflect the 2011 tax year
- Financial Statements – Year End Report - A new recommendation has been added to the report with respect to Xero implementation
- Individual ITR - Workpapers - the checkboxes on the Index sheet have been repaired
- Compliance Plus Package - Xero has been included to the ‘important notice’ for your clients.
- New Business Start Up Checklist - has been updated to include a new ‘Accounting Responsibilities’ section to list out who is responsible for all main accounting responsibilities and a recommended use of Xero for online accounting and Paycycle for online payroll.
- Xero Implementation Procedure - now includes a Xero Conversion Checklist and Timeline document as well as Xero Year End Processing Checklist to assist you further in setting up your clients with Xero.

Got any YouTube videos you would like made available to your Team?
Now you can insert them to any page on the Intranet.
Can’t remember a team members’ email address or phone number?
Look them up in the new Team Directory directly under the home page on the menu bar.

Acclipse iFirm Release 11
There have been a number of changes to Acclipse iFirm in release 11, including:
iFirm and Contacts
- Specific version of iFirm for the iPad and Android tablets
- A new HR tab for each user giving you the ability to store a user’s home address
- A new recent notes panel to the summary tab of a client to show the last three notes for the client
Practice Management
- Create multiple invoices for each job
- New sequential invoice numbering with the ability to set the starting invoice number
- Enhancements to reports and security roles
- Created a new My Ordered Jobs dashboard item to show the first 10 jobs in the logged in user’s ordered jobs list
Intranet
- Enhanced the team directory
