Should we want to move off of Xero PM in the future to a server based system, how do we get our data and stored documents back off the cloud? And in what format do they come off the cloud?

It’s always good to have a plan B, even if you never use it!  Because XPM is a CRM then you could export all its data at any point as a CSV.  Just like you could do with Xero for your clients.

Because BOX would become your Document Manager, these files would be the same format that are uploaded to BOX – word, excel, ppt etc.
