Is the integration performed in-house or remotely as we are based currently in somewhere else in Australia?
All the integration and training is performed online. For example during the training you can see Susie’s screen, her web cam (and therefore her), hear her and ask questions live. You can even see our firm in the background. Offsite and online helps us keep your investment cost LOW in comparison to the value you receive from the service and helps us help more firms with managing CHANGE.
