Are the credits included in the software price?
Credit bundles are sold separately to perform Monitoring or KYC/KYB checks.
Do the validation credits have an expiry date?
Initial credits will expire 12 months from 1 July 2026. Any additional credits will have a 12-month expiry date.
I am interested in EngageAML Lite; do I still need to purchase validation credits?
Yes, if you would like to monitor clients.
How much will each credit cost?
The pricing is listed above You will also be able to see this in the product as you use the service.

How long is the term?
Subscriptions are annual. With members reporting 50-75% time saving and up to 50% new revenue growth through our platform we want you to take the time to implement our apps and maximise your ROI.
Can I upgrade my apps?
Yes, at any time, your 12-month term restarts every upgrade.
Can I get TaxPlan for only tax season?
We think TaxPlan can be used all year round–ask us how!
Can you train my new team member?
Platform training is available to all team members, new and existing, as part of your Annual Strategy Review. New and existing members can also check out our self-service videos and watch public and member-only webinars.
